Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Scheduler (the “Service”), operated by Royal Bengal AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Scheduler lets you publish booking pages, define availability, and accept meeting bookings, with optional connection to calendar and video services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, and Zoom for conflict checking, event creation, and video links. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• send spam or unsolicited messages through the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data;
• use the Service to infringe others’ rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.

4. Bookings

You are responsible for the meetings you schedule and attend through the Service. Scheduler facilitates scheduling but is not a party to any meeting or agreement between a host and an invitee, and does not guarantee attendance or outcomes.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCloud, and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Royal Bengal AI and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Bengal AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
