Scheduler can automatically create a Zoom meeting for every booking made through your booking page. Connecting Zoom is optional and is done per person: each host connects their own Zoom account, and Scheduler only ever manages that host’s own meetings. Scheduler never joins, records, or accesses the contents of any meeting.
When an invitee books a Zoom event, Scheduler uses your connected Zoom authorization to create the meeting on your account and includes the join link in the confirmation emails. Rescheduling or cancelling the booking updates or removes that Zoom meeting automatically. Scheduler requests only the Zoom permissions needed to create, update, delete, and label your meetings.
There are two ways to remove the integration, and both immediately stop any further access:
Scheduler stores your Zoom authorization tokens and account email so it can manage your meetings; they are stored encrypted at rest and are deleted when you disconnect Zoom or remove the app. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
If connecting or using Zoom isn’t working as expected, visit our Support page and we’ll help you sort it out.
