Scheduler is a booking tool by Royal Bengal AI. You publish a personal booking page, share the link, and invitees pick an open time. Scheduler checks your connected calendar so you’re never double-booked, and sends confirmation and reminder emails automatically.

Create a free account, add an event type (for example, “30-minute intro call”), set your weekly availability, and share the link Scheduler gives you. That link is your public booking page.

Yes. The Free plan lets you publish a booking page and accept bookings at no cost. Paid plans raise the limits on bookings, event types, connected calendars, and team members — see the pricing section on the home page for the current tiers.

Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple iCloud. Once connected, Scheduler reads your busy times so it only ever offers slots when you’re actually free, and it adds each booking to your calendar.

Apple iCloud connects with an app-specific password, because Apple doesn’t offer one-click sign-in for iCloud calendars. Generate one at appleid.apple.com (Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords), then enter it with your Apple ID email on the Integrations page. Step-by-step help is on the Support page.

Yes. Connect Zoom to attach a Zoom link to your bookings, or use Google Meet links generated through your connected Google Calendar. The link is added to the booking and included in the confirmation email.

Scheduler reads only your free/busy information — not the titles or details of your events — and hides any time that overlaps something already on your calendar. If you get booked elsewhere, that slot disappears from your page in real time.

They open your link, pick an available slot, and enter their name and email. They receive a confirmation email immediately, and the meeting lands on your calendar.

Yes. Every confirmation email includes links to reschedule or cancel. When that happens, the calendar event is updated or removed and both sides are notified.

Scheduler sends branded confirmation and reminder emails for your bookings. Automated reminders and follow-ups are available on paid plans.

Open the Billing page in your dashboard to view your current plan and switch tiers. Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe.

Yes. From the Branding page you can add your logo and colors. Paid plans can also remove the Scheduler badge from public booking pages.

Use the password-reset link on the login page. If you still can’t get in, contact support.

We use your information only to run the scheduling service — never for advertising, and we don’t sell it. You can disconnect any integration at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
